The 3-hour morning retreat will offer a little mental spring cleaning that includes: basic sitting meditation instruction, conscious breathing, sitting, walking, and noble silence. This event will include a short Intro to Meditation prior to the retreat in order to assist new-to-meditation attendees. Open to the public.
It will take place at the College of East Asian Studies, Wesleyan University, 343 Washington Terrace, Middletown, Connecticut from 9 a.m. 12 noon.
